Sometimes the hardest thing is to take the first step forwards towards making a change in your life. Maybe you’ve been through a tough time and had your confidence knocked or perhaps you’re simply feeling stuck and struggling to make a decision. This practice is about building the courage and strength that we need to take the first step  forward in a decision whilst also giving time to recognise what we are grateful for our life, exactly as it is. All levels welcome, you’ll need a yoga brick.
