Infraspinatus is commonly both tight and weak for most people (myself included) and this can have implications on our posture as it impacts how the head of the shoulder bone sits in the socket and contributes to the shoulders slumping forward. In this class, we will be focusing on ‘External Rotation’ of the shoulder as this activates Infraspinatus. We will be doing this action for the arms in different orientations to bring challenge and awareness to this region of the body in a variety of poses.
