Join me for an active flow class that focusses primarily on both strengthening and releasing the hamstrings and the booty muscle, Gluteus Max! The hamstrings run along the back of the thighs from the sitting bone all the way to the back of the knee and Gluteus max covers the whole posterior portion of the hips. In this class, we will be building strength in the weaker areas and using myofascial release techniques to release tension in the tighter areas. You will need x2 tennis balls/ massage balls. Enjoy!
