The focus of this class is to both strengthen and release the muscles along the front of the hips: the Psoas. Our sedentary lifestyles that involve lots of sitting means that the Psoas can often feel quite tight. In this class, we will be exploring ways to release tension along the front of the hips within an ‘active’ flow to restore a healthy balance of strength and mobility. A great class to do if you’ve been sitting all day or if you have tightness along the front of the hips and thighs after running/ cycling.
