Join me for a short but sweet therapeutic yoga class for releasing an important postural muscle: Pectoralis Minor. This is a small muscle that’s main job is to bring the front of the shoulder forward. When it’s tight, it contributes significantly to the shoulders rolling forward which impacts our ability to stand tall and breath deeply.

Because Pec Minor is a small, postural muscle we aren’t able to release it with big stretches. It responds well to massage and longer held, slow releases. In this class, I’ll be sharing my two go-to practices for releasing this muscle. You’ll need a tennis ball, blanket and yoga mat. A great class to do at the end of the day, I hope that you enjoy.
