Tadasana, or Samasthiti, serves to be the foundation of all poses.

Stacking the joints, one on top of the other, as a way to hold each pose in the most efficient & safe way.

Whether we stand on our feet, hands or head, coming back to Tadasana alignment principles provides a solid foundation and structure that we can rely and lean onto.

But what about the times in between, the transitions and the movements that require more fluidity and less structure?

Can we practice these alignment principles with a softness & ease, without becoming too rigid?
